Yes. It is free for property owners, and listing or claiming a company profile is free for companies.
How do you decide which companies to list?
We look for clear evidence that a company offers short-let, holiday-let or Airbnb management. Uncertain records are reviewed by our team before publication.
Why does a company appear without fees?
Many companies do not publish their fees. We show "Not publicly available" rather than estimating.
What does "Unclaimed listing" mean?
The company has not yet taken control of its profile. It does not mean the business is unverified or untrustworthy.
Who receives my quote request?
Only the participating companies you select, which have agreed to receive enquiries through CoHostChoice.
How are results ordered?
Organic results are ordered by the completeness of published information. Payment never affects organic ranking.
Can I ask for information to be corrected or removed?
Yes. Use "Report incorrect information" on the profile, or contact us.
